Recently listed for release by an online retailer, Gran Turismo 6 has been listed to be released for the PlayStation 3.

Newegg has the game pegged at $59.99 with a Nov. 28 2013 release date.

Earlier this year Sony executive Michael Denny seemingly let it slip that the game would be release, so this should come as no surprise.

It is surprising that the launch is so close to the release of the PS4, but it is logical because the PS3 has a far higher user base for potential players.

Kazunori Yamauchi, Gran Turismo boss, has said that work had commenced on the game back in 2010. January of this year, a few tracks that never made it to Gran Turismo 5 were spotted in a new trailer.

Polyphony has been seen scanning Bathurst and Silverstone, both of which are likely to be inclusive for Gran Turismo 6.
