Valve has revealed their newest program for the community. Pipeline, a program directed towards high school students, in hopes of guiding those that are seeking a future in the game industry. Pipeline will feature video content and a forum where students can ask questions about careers in the field.

The website states, “Pipeline is an experiment to see if we can take a group of high school students with minimal work experience and train them in the skills and methods necessary to be successful at a company like Valve.”

There isn’t much on the site now besides a video and several FAQ, but there will be added to the site in the future. If you know of anyone who may be interested, check out Pipeline.
