Infinity Ward shared a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Onslaught DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts, and dated its release for January 28, 2014. This date will probably be reserved for Microsoft owned platforms first thanks to the DLC deal it has with Activision, but an official statement hasn’t been released yet.

Onslaught has been confirmed to add spiders to the Extinction Mode, as well as a new map called Nightfall. Although, a twitter user by the name of @SeriousSix2010 claimed that he saw a Gamestop ad for the DLC that also mentioned that the following maps will be added: Fog, Containment, Bayview and Ignition. A Maverick AR and Sniper Rifle are also rumored to be a part of this DLC pack.

Call of Duty: Ghosts‘ Onslaught DLC will be free of charge for Season Pass holders, but a standalone price hasn’t been listed yet. You can check out the very brief and Halloween inspired teaser trailer after the break.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is now available for the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The Onslaught DLC presumably releases first on the Xbox platforms on January 28, 2014.

[UPDATE] The full official trailer can now be seen after the teaser.
