While the release of Sony and Microsoft’s latest consoles was exciting, it was marred by a rather lack-luster launch lineup. Neither console featured titles that blew gamers away with the graphic capability. Polish company Better Reality are aiming to change that in 2015 with their newly developed technology Thorskan.

Thorskan, designed to scan real life environments and reformat them to 3D, is currently being used by Hollywood studios but Better Reality believes it can also be used for video games. The Farm 51 (Necrovision), a fellow Polish company, is currently using the tech to recreate a realistic world for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC title Get Even.

Check out the impressive test engine footage below!

Get Even is expected to release sometime in 2015.
