The name Jason Ruben should be pretty well known around the gaming community. During his time with Naughty Dog, he had a hand in games like Crash Bandicoot, as well as Jak & Daxter. Then Ruben went on to join THQ and helped the company with its endeavors.

But now Jason prepares to take on the next step as he is invited into the Oculus family. Jason has officially taken on the role of Head of World Wide Studios at Oculus VR.

“There have only been a handful of times in my life where I saw something that I knew would change everything. The awe-inspiring tech Oculus is building is a portal into an incredible world that my daughter will one day consider to be normal. The moment I put it on, I wanted to help define that future.

Jason will head up the Oculus first party content initiatives in Seattle, San Francisco, Menlo Park, Dallas and Irvine. Make sure to keep an eye out for Jason as well as more Oculus news at this years E3.
