During the Tokyo Game Show today, Square Enix showed off a brand-new trailer for their upcoming title World of Final Fantasy.

The game, which was announced at E3 this year, is a throwback to classic Final Fantasy titles with chibi visuals, recognizable characters and monster capturing/raising. You play as twins in the land of Grimoire as they fight, capture and train monsters to fight against and with classic Final Fantasy heroes and villains.

It’s made with a younger audience in mind, as Square Enix has made it clear that they want to make this game as accessible to everyone as possible. From what I’ve seen so far, I think this is a game made more for everyone and not just the younger crowd.

World of Final Fantasy is set to release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita sometime next year in Japan. It’s unknown when or if the game is coming to the West.
