A developer at Dontnod Entertainment has confirmed Life is Strange 2.

In an interview with a publication, Dontnod Entertainment’s co-founder Alain Damasio has said he will be working on the follow-up to the first game. “I worked as a script doctor on Life is Strange, developed by the studio Dontnod, and I will participate on Life is Strange 2 later,” he said in a statement.

While the first season of the game came full circle we were curious how a new season would play out. According to the co-director on the game Michael Koch that there will likely be a new cast for the game. “We can really go with other characters, other locations, but still keep the identity of the game, the themes of the game.”

While this news seems to confirm the upcoming game Dontnod Entertainment has not released an official statement fully confirming the sequel.

Life is Strange is now available on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC.
