If you’ve been wondering what Fallout 4 is going to look like on a high powered computer than your wait is over. Screenshots of Fallout 4 running  on a PC at its ‘Ultra Performance’ settings have been posted. You can catch all the images here on NeoGAF. RoboPlato, the user who posted the screenshots, says they were captured on a rig featuring an Intel Core i7 processor and a GTX 970 graphics card.

It appears that the images taken were snapped in early areas of the game. One shows a destroyed version of Concord, the town the Vault Dweller lives in prior to the nuclear detonation. Some pictures are random destroyed buildings. Also pictured is the canine companion that will accompany our Vault Dweller throughout the game, and a Feral Ghoul fight scene. A few more will be posted below but for the whole set taken click the link above.

The recommended setting for Fallout 4 are:

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent

The release date for Fallout 4 is set for November 10th set across the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Stay Tuned here at Gamer Assault Weekly for all your Fallout 4 news and, of course, all your gaming needs.

Chief Operating Officer

I have worked hard to become the COO here at GAW and I love it. I write and stream here and I couldn't be happier. I once had a show that I produced, wrote, and co-hosted called the Wide World of Games. I also co-host a podcast called Party Up! I'm an Action-Adventurer, platformer, RPGer, and FPS kind of gamer. Quick to play any game that has magic, swordplay, and/or stealthy elements. If you can customize a character I'm in it for the long haul. Or just give me your 2D platform and I'm a happy camper. What else do you expect from a gamer with a beard and a bow tie tattoo? Seriously.
