Bethesda has released it’s first trailer for Elder Scrolls Online‘s upcoming Thieves Guild DLC pack, providing a very brief look at what players can expect from the upcoming bandit-themed content.

The Thieves Guild expansion will allow players to join the Thieves Guild, as its name would suggest. If you have played any of the Elder Scrolls games before this, you know that this is a group of pickpockets, bandits, plunderers, kleptos, swindlers, burglars, robbers, and, well, thieves. The, most accurately written, tagline for the expansion is “Play dirty, get away clean.” The expansion also adds a new zone, more story-focused content, and a 12-player mode.

Confirming all of this, Bethesda said in a news release, “As their newest recruit, you’ll sneak along rooftops, steal from the shadows, and recover lost treasures as you explore an all-new zone, experience new story content, challenge yourself with a new 12-player trial, and much more”.

So far, no information was shared regarding a price or release date for Thieves Guild, but Bethesda said those details should arrive in the coming weeks. Stay Tuned to Gamer Assault Weekly for those announcements as they are made public, and for all your other gaming needs.

I have worked hard to become the COO here at GAW and I love it. I write and stream here and I couldn't be happier. I once had a show that I produced, wrote, and co-hosted called the Wide World of Games. I also co-host a podcast called Party Up! I'm an Action-Adventurer, platformer, RPGer, and FPS kind of gamer. Quick to play any game that has magic, swordplay, and/or stealthy elements. If you can customize a character I'm in it for the long haul. Or just give me your 2D platform and I'm a happy camper. What else do you expect from a gamer with a beard and a bow tie tattoo? Seriously.
