Today marks the end of an era, as Kobe Bryant takes to floor for his final game in the NBA. On this same day, 2k Sports annoucnced that the 18-time All-Star will grace the cover of a special edition of NBA 2k17, aptly called the “Legend Edition”.


“It’s a great honor to partner with 2K on the NBA 2K17 Legend Edition,” Bryant said in a statement. “As I walk off the NBA court for the final time, it’s exciting to know my fans can continue to celebrate my lifelong career as a Los Angeles Laker.”

Priced at $80, the Legend edition comes with both physical and digital content. Here’s the what we’ve heard so far:

Physical Items:

Limited-edition Kobe poster
-Two Kobe Panini trading cards
-Black Mamba game controller skin

Digital Content:

-30,000 Virtual Currency
-MyTEAM Bundle + (includes 3 packs with guaranteed Kobe limited use card)
-Nike Kobe 11 retirement shoes
-Kobe #8 Mitchell and Ness jersey
-Kobe hoodie

While the Legend Edition will come in both physical and digital formats, digital buyers will only receive the digital content, and will release in September on Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
