Due to Julian “Zinoto” Carrington being unable to compete in Get On My Level 2016, TSM’s Gonzalo “ZeRo” Barrios will be taking his place.

This will be the first tournament ZeRo has competed in since 2GGT: EE Saga in late February. He has been out of the scene due to noticing a decline in his health, as well as because he has been dealing with an injury that resulted in having a chunk of his middle finger removed. ZeRo is apparently able to play on his own thanks to a specially-made cover now that he has had time to heal, but is still unsure of when he will make a full return to competitive Smash.

GOML 2016 will be the third year for the Canadian event. It will be running from May 20th to the 22nd and at Good Game Con in the Queen Elizabeth Building in Toronto, Ontario. Featuring 986 unique registered attendants and all four main games, this will be one of the largest Super Smash Bros. events to date.
