The toy company, McFarlane Toys, will be releasing a series of Destiny action figures over the Summer, which will be designed based off of the game’s three classes of Guardians.

Initially, just three figures will be released, priced at $20USD each. In time, more classes and possibly enemies or companions from the game will follow, but for now the figures are the Titan, Hunter and Warlock classes. McFarlane Toys’ CEO stated that “Detail, depth, and customisation, that’s what Destiny gives its players, and that’s what made it the biggest new video game franchise launch”.

The figures themselves are wearing different equipment sets from the game and its expansions. Hunter is wearing the Iron Banner set, Titan is wearing the Vault of Glass set, and Warlock is wearing the King’s Fall set. McFarlane has confirmed that more figures will release over time, as well as Destiny “role play” items. This probably means helmets or weapons from the game as toys.
