Prey‘s latest trailer focuses on the Typhon, the mysterious shadowy aliens that have infested the Talos I space station. As you’ll learn in this trailer, these enemies come in various sizes and forms with all sorts of abilities.

Keep an eye out for Mimics. According to the trailer, these small spidery creatures can “mimic” inanimate objects just like the player– so be prepared for dangerous ambushes from these things.

The Phantom is a hybrid of Typhon DNA and a human corpse. Its limbs are deadly in close quarters and it shoots out kinetic energy blasts when at a distance.

Then, there’s the Telepath, which can control weaker willed creatures. You’ll want to be prepared with psychic shielding if you want to combat these.

The trailer notably numbers these creatures. For example, the Phantom is #8 and the Telepath is #5. There’s more of these creatures who haven’t been revealed, and they might be just as, if not even more, dangerous than the ones revealed so far.

According to the trailer’s description, the Typhon aliens “are more than just shadowy creatures hell-bent on destroying the human race.” We’ll learn more about these creatures as you investigate the ship as protagonist Morgan Yu.

Prey launches for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 5, 2017.
