“The bakeoff begins soon,” Rising Star Games announced on their Twitter alongside the trailer reveal.  Today, the developers of Cooking Mama revealed the release dates and gameplay for their final series title, Cooking Mama:Sweet Shop. Sweet Shop lets you create 60 recipes across 160 mini-games; where you can bake an assortment of sweets, package them, and sell them in your own shop.  The more you create, the more your shop will expand with the change of triggering an exclusive event.  Players can enjoy baking on their own, or have a bakeoff with 2-4 additional players.

Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop will be available for 3DS and 3DS XL in North America on May 16th for the boxed copy and May 18th for the digital copy.  Europe will have a box release on May 26th with a digital release on May 25th. Sweet Shop will cost €29.99 in Europe, which comes out roughly to $32 for North American audiences.
