If you haven’t heard yet, the good people at Blue Isle Studios have sent a call for all adventurers to get ready for their new game. Citadel: Forged with Fire will be an MMO RPG that includes spellcasting, swordplay, building, exploring, crafting and tons of other magical elements from flying on broomsticks to taming animals. Check out the latest trailer below.

Yes, the team behind Slender: The Arrival and Valley, revealed its next creation yesterday. The game itself looks like fun taking creative elements from several fantasy games and pop culture.

“Citadel is a completely new genre for us, our biggest goal with this title is to work closely with our community to build the ultimate fantasy sandbox game that is playable online with friends.” said, Alex Tintor, managing director of Blue Isle Studios. “This project has been a labor of love and we are excited for its launch onto Early Access this summer.”

According to the press release, players will be able to do a number of things in-game, including; Tame beasts, form alliances, fly using a broomstick, eagles, or even a dragon, build epic castles (or knockdown down your enemies’), loads of character customizations, and much more.

Citadel: Forged with Fire will be coming to Steam Early Access on PC on July 26th. Players can sign up for the Closed Beta on their website. Unfortunately, there has been no word on when the game will be coming to PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, but hopefully soon. Keep an eye on Gamer Assault Weekly for more information as it is announced.
