Shaun Escayg‏, the Naughty Dog designer who served the company since The Last of Us and was co-director of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, has left the studio.

“Seven years ago I joined the talented team at Naughty Dog on a project still in its infancy, The Last Of Us. Well, the rest is history. Left Behind, Uncharted 4 were fleeting and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy pushed my creative growth even further- I will miss all my dogs,” he said in a tweet.

Escayg‏ joined Crystal Dynamics, the studio behind the rebooted Tomb Raider series, and is apparently working on The Avengers game. This indicated by the Escayg‏’s Instagram post of the Avengers logo.

The Avengers Project was announced almost a year ago as part of a multi-game deal with Marvel. Details on the Avengers project are lacking, but considering that we’re growing closer to the release of Avengers: Infinity War we could get more information soon.
