PUBG Corp reset the PlayerUnknown’s Battleground leaderboards earlier this month, and the newest patch is going to be made active this evening. When you log into the game today, you will notice that the PUBG leaderboards were reset again overnight. The reset of the leaderboard happens monthly, and with this being a short month, it is not that surprising that it was done a little early.

The next multiplayer season will be announced shortly, according to the PUBG help account on Twitter. The tweet clarifies that matches between the most recent reset and the new season will be unranked.

The servers on PC are planned to go down for maintenance tonight for three hours, starting at 6 pm PST. The downtime allows the PUBG team to put a patch in place that will fix the infinite loading screen issue. After the maintenance, the new leaderboards’ season will begin.
