Square Enix revealed five minutes of Shadow of the Tomb Raider gameplay during their E3 2018 briefing. Lara Croft’s adventure looks as awesome as ever. The gameplay features the heroine stalking around an enemy camp, using both weapons and skills that we had seen in previous games. Those include sniping, sneak attacks, and Molotov cocktails.

Game Director Dave Bisson from Edios Montreal described Lara as becoming “one with the jungle” in this game play. Bisson also mentioned that there would be new elements in the game, including grappling hooks and wall running. There will also be “360 degree swimming,” which implies Lara will spend some time exploring underwater.

There has been a lot more news coming out recently about Shadow of the Tomb Raider, including concept art, and video showing off Lara’s survival tactics. That video shows Lara exploring an old Mayan Temple.

When can I get it?

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is set for release on September 14th, 2018. It will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
