Ubisoft started their E3 showcase strong with an entertaining opening reveal for Just Dance 2019. After Just Dance Ubisoft kept the momentum going by astounding the audience with a new cinematic trailer for Beyond Good and Evil 2.

In the cinematic trailer for Beyond Good and Evil 2 we are introduced to a ragtag crew of space pirates making their way through the galaxy when suddenly encounter a larger and menacing enemy. As the crew regroups we learn that Jade, who fans of the original game will quickly recognize, is behind the attack.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 takes place sometime near the end of the 24th century at the center of interstellar trade and colonization of the Milky Way, colloquially known as System 3. The player will be able to freely choose how to explore the open universe as their very own space pirate captain. An action adventure RPG, players will be able to explore the vastness of space.  Beyond Good and Evil 2 will contain a seamless online co-op for players and their friends, mixed with single player gameplay for players who want to adventure alone.

Ubisoft is partnering with Joseph-Gordon Levitt’s company HitRECORD to allow for fans of Beyond Good and Evil to submit new content, which will be included in the game. The first HitRECORD challenge is live now.

Currently, there is no release window for Beyond Good and Evil 2, but Ubisoft has a Space Monkey Program to keep players up to date on the Beyond Good and Evil 2 website.
