The Nintendo Switch has been building its library with new exclusive titles, indie hits, and older releases that did not make it to the Wii U. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is being ported to the Nintendo Switch thanks to Panic Button but it doesn’t seem the original will be coming to the hybrid system, at least for now.

Speaking to GameSpot, Panic Button studio head Adam Creighton provided insight into the game’s development explaining that no plans have been made for the original 2014 to come to Nintendo’s console. Stating that it’s Bethesda’s choice and the studio is “totally up for anything”. Bethesda may be waiting to see how Wolfenstein II performs on the Nintendo Switch before making any decisions.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch version will arrive on June 29th, 2018.
