Just over a month after Life Is Strange 2, the highly-anticipated sequel to Dontnod Entertainment’s highly-successful 2015 title, was officially announced, the game’s very first teaser trailer has been revealed.

The trailer seemingly offers a sneak peek at the telekinesis-like powers fans first caught a glimpse of in Life Is Strange 2‘s free-to-play prelude, The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, as well as a possible hint to the Life Is Strange series’ newest protagonist. However, probably the biggest takeaway from this teasers is the fact that concludes with the message that “all will be revealed” on August 20. This seems to imply that that is when the game’s first full trailer will be unveiled, which will likely help shed some light on this intentionally-vague teaser.

Counting Life Is Strange: Before the Storm (the prequel to the original game), Life Is Strange 2 will be the third full-length entry in the Life Is Strange franchise (and the fourth overall, counting Captain Spirit.)

Life Is Strange 2, Episode 1 (of 5) will be released on September 27, 2018 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
